Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, promotions, or new product launches.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time (shipping transit time) is typically 5–12 business days, depending on your destination and local carrier performance.

Shipping Rates

Our standard shipping rate for all markets is $5.90 USD.
For international customers, the final amount will be automatically converted based on your local currency exchange rate.

Orders over $69 USD qualify for free shipping.

Additional Notes

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
  • Traveler's Favorite is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs processing, or unexpected transit issues.

Custom Orders

Please allow 1–2 weeks for production and delivery of all custom orders.
Each custom piece is made with care, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on production volume.

If a custom product is purchased alongside other items, your entire order will ship together once production is complete.

All custom items are excluded from discounts and promotions.
Once a custom order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or accept returns. We appreciate your understanding as every custom creation is made specially for you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Traveler's Favorite is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.


We are also not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to inaccurate shipping details entered during checkout. Please double-check your address before finalizing your order.

If you receive an order confirmation email and need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to your shipping information. We are unable to refund shipping costs for packages returned due to incorrect addresses, and returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.
