We hope you love your Traveler's Favorite pieces — each one is designed with care and intention. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Items must be in resellable condition with all original components.
  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
    • Used accessories
    • Hair products
    • Worn items
  • Custom-made or personalized products are final sale and non-refundable.


2. Situations That Qualify for Returns or Refunds

You may request a return for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Unwanted item (if unopened and unused)
  • Exchange for a different item (depending on stock availability)

We may request photos or videos to verify product condition before approval.


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or exchange:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Step 3: Once your request is approved, we will email you:
Return authorization
Designated return shipping address
Please DO NOT send your return to the original shipping address on your package.
Returns sent to the wrong address may result in delays or unsuccessful processing.


4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:
    • The product arrived damaged, or
    • The item received was incorrect.
  • We do not reimburse:
    • International duties
    • Customs taxes
    • International return shipping fees
  • No restocking or handling fee is charged for approved returns.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within
    10-20 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You may choose to receive your refund as store credit instead.

If your return does not meet eligibility requirements (used/worn/damaged improperly), the refund may be denied.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Traveler’s Favorite is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please contact your shipping carrier for further assistance.
